Massage:
30 minutes = $35
1 hour = $60
90 minutes = $90

All massages are an integrative style including deep tissue, swedish, sports, trigger point, Thai, etc. based on the unique needs of each client.

Personal Stretch/Strengthen Session:
30 minutes = $25
45 minutes = $35
1 hour = $45

Muscular weaknesses and imbalances are identified during personal stretch/strengthen sessions.  Particular stretches and exercises are assigned to the client to correct the issues.  With time permitting, stretch/strengthen sessions can be incorporated into the massage session and would include only the price of the massage.
